Lea Jerlagić

LEA JERLAGIC was born in Sarajevo, in 1984, where she completed the highest formal education. She enrolled The Academy of Literary Arts in 2004. In 2007, she received a scholarship from the Chinese government and spent two years in China, where she studied culture, language and techniques of Chinese wood, which has left a significant stamp in her future work. She got her masters degree at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo in 2013. with the work of "Sinesthesia", through which he studies the phenomenon of transformation of the impulse, which is applied through one sensation, and is expressed through another, with a focus on contemporary dance, which actively engaged in that period in the drawing and graphics. Her creative work is a continuous fusion of seemingly separated and irreversible aspects of existence, of different cultures, of the media of expression, with the aim of deep penetration into the mysterious inner world of man, as well as the search for his connection with macrocosm. She is currently studying the erotic art of the Tantric temples because she deals with tantrums and yoga, trying to get acquainted with integrations in his own artistic expression.
